How could I obtain a name badge?

A name badge is available for a $15 fee and the order forms are located in the WGRLQ Locker Room and at the Pro Shop.

What is the “Putters Club”?

The Putters group is a group of RLQ ladies who organize for putting games and prizes with most play on Mondays at 10am. Putters is a separate organization from WGRLQ and it has it’s own fees and events. For the 19/20 Season, you can contact Putters President Margo Unthank with any questions and for membership information.

Where can I find information about recent USGA Rules Changes”?

Which WGRLQ events include a “Tournament Score”?

The World Handicap System no longer recognizes Tournament Scores. Each round of play is weighted equally under the new handicapping system.

What is the “Fall Team” and how can I sign up or be considered?

The Fall Team is comprised of WGRLQ members (RLQCC Premier and RLQCC Temporary members are not eligible) with handicap indexes of 25.5 or below. The Fall Team competes in the Century Desert League which was formed to foster friendships among women with a mutual interest in golf and team competition in the desert. The Fall Team can include up to 36 players on its’ roster. The Team competes against other private clubs in the desert from late November through January. Each competition includes 6 two person teams from the Fall Team. The Captain and Co-Captain names, contact information and further details can be found on the WGRLQ website.

What is the “Spring Team” and how can I sign up or be considered?

The Spring Team is comprised of WGRLQ members (RLQCC Premier and RLQCC Temporary members are not eligible) with handicap indexes of 15 through 30. The Spring Team competes in the Desert Cities Spring League which was formed to foster friendships among women with a mutual interest in golf and team competition in the desert. The Team competes against other private clubs in the desert from mid January through April. Each competition includes 6 two person teams from the Spring Team in a Four Ball Match Play format.
